Cumbria university staff to be asked why they are stressed

“Stressed staff at the University of Cumbria are to be asked why they feel so under pressure. A survey that revealed stress levels at the Brampton Road campus in Carlisle and in the faculty of the arts were sometimes higher than elsewhere. Now university chiefs plan to investigate what concerns staff have and how they can be addressed. Faculty dean Charles Mitchell has asked for volunteers to set up a working group to explore the reasons why people felt stressed. He hopes to get a cross-section from those working in administrative, enterprise, teaching and technical departments …” (more)
