Ruane to raise concerns over cross-border university applications

UK“Concern that students from Northern Ireland applying for university places in the Republic could be disadvantaged this year was raised today by Stormont Education Minister Caitriona Ruane. She said she would be taking the issue up with ministers in Dublin.
