Students look for deal with developers on cut-price digs

Ireland“College authorities have been urged to approach crisis-hit property developers in a bid to secure cut-price student accommodation and end the blight of so-called ghost estates. The Union of Students in Ireland (USI) said cash-strapped developers who are unable to offload the glut of empty apartment buildings and housing estates should consider renting to students.
