    Wow. Just wow. Have UCC run out of ways to spend money. Next they will just burn cash in the senior common room, and from the wing-backed leather chairs the professorate will give out about how little heat it give off. This is a staggering waste of public money- taxpayers, students and (if they have any) donors.
