    I would like to see the Erasmus scheme extended to lecturing staff, i.e., to include a facility that makes it easy for staff to lecture a full semester in another European college. Such a facility exists for short visits (apparently), but it woud be great if staff could teach at a different institution for full semester and bring useful experience home!
