O’Keeffe gives assurances regarding university admission changes

Ireland“Changes to university admissions in Ireland should not disadvantage potential students from north of the border, the education minister said today. A level applicants will be given offers on merit, Batt O’Keeffe added following a North/South Ministerial Council meeting in Co Armagh. The date has been changed for A-level results, meaning they will not be available in time for the first round of university offers from Ireland.
