Fruitbatgate judgment now available

MR JUSTICE KEARNS: “Right. Well, as I have reached a clear view as to what I should do in this case, I propose to give my judgment in the matter ex tempore. It is being recorded DAR, so a full transcript of the judgment will in due course be available. The background facts of this matter may be simply stated: On the 2nd of November 2009 the applicant, a lecturer in behavioural science, called in to the office or rooms of a colleague, Mrs Kennedy, in the School of Medicine in UCC and there produced to her a scientific paper which had featured in the October 2009 issue of PLoS ONE, a peer-reviewed scientific journal …” (more)

  • Another weird post by evans and the judge will not be pleased.

No financial, national security or HR agency will ever hire evans because

1/ He is convicted of sexual harassment

2/ His peers have convicted him of publicly bullying a female colleague

3/ He violated strict confidentiality–for companies and other agencies this is most serious- and end of career event

Does he still have a yurt to go to in Scotland?–best place for him

or N Korea on haldol–he is toasted or as HBO says–taken out—

  • I’ve had Evans as a lecturer, and, putting the case aside, don’t understand some of the hatred that seems to spew from some directions. His lectures were excellent, and he was always genuinely nice and helpful

With regards to Victor’s comment: “1/ He is convicted of sexual harassment”
Technically, Evans is not convicted of sexual harassment.
Conviction:Declare (someone) to be guilty of a criminal offense by the verdict of a jury or the decision of a judge in a court of law.

From what I understand, he merely broke UCC’s code of conduct.

“3/ He violated strict confidentiality–for companies and other agencies this is most serious- and end of career event” – this was proven. As somebody who worked in industry for 6 years; this kind of stuff happens more often than you would think, and, whilst not a good trait, is in no way a cereer stopper.

  • Dillie is raising a new profile as “Projection Point” with his pseudo-scientific Risk Intelligence (something that his career-stopping conviction for sexual harassment demonstrates a clear lack of).
