    Thanks for your thoughts, Regardless of how many supplementary teaching materials we have created for our classes, we still only make our regular teacher pay. You can probably remember looking at the educational materials bought at your school, and wondering why they don’t have many activities in them that your students would actually like. So, like many other teachers, you began to create your own activities and lessons that would be fun for your classes. You used them, they worked great; but you never got paid anything extra for the work you put in. Think about it, this is not really all that fair considering how much the people who created the educational products that flopped in your classes made for their efforts.
