  • not that fast -apllied in june (14th) – basically three flaws:

the system does not have the capacicty to deal with who applies first as all applications and return of doc etc. go to the same drop box.
far too many processes and computer generations to be accurate or consistent
the susi unhelpful line are inconsistent, unprofessional and on more that one occasion have told downright untruths -time for call to be answered 12 mins and 10 seconds – the only thing consistent in the process — large bill from a mobile phone.
have moved to another process – feels like a rocket launch- but no liftoff
    as yet —
worrying trend emerging; that Assesors do not know simple social welfare codes such as DB – disability benefit – JSA job seekers allowance and so on —– in general an organisational shambles — just one instance where modern technology has been of no benefit and has created a problem rather than solving one.
and fianlly where do i send my telephone bill — 72 calls so far and rising and at least 15mins a pop!!! — i could write a book on how to improve this system but unfortuantely the system has been created by those who dont need it for those who do — two questions everyone wants to know:

who is tom Prizeman and where is he? and who is profiting from this fiazco other than the telecommunication networks and whoever is currently holding the money in their deposit account?? go on ask the hard questions!!!!!!
