    The agreed process failed miserably to do what it was set out to do. The opinion of the labour relations commissioner is that “the report is a monumental load of shi*e” and UCC’s lack of flexibility resulted in the last labour court hearing being unable to make any recommendation that would advance the impasse.

    Also UCC have history of frustrating all efforts to avoid a similar case. Taking much longer than permitted to answer a data protection request and an FOI request. Refusing to go the rights commissioner and refusing to attend a biding hearing in the labour court was also refused. They then lost in the labour court but still would not implement the finding of the court
