What does “feeling” mean exactly? If progression is in their job description then they will get it. This has been enforced in contracts across the third level sector consistently. That you are not happy with your promotion opportunities as a administrative assistant or technical officer is irrelevant really, you aren’t owed a path to the top without earning it.
