We’ve seen this before. A university deciding arbitrarily to assign some special status on a student is of absolutely no value. It carries the same legal weight as two alcholics in the park assigning themselves park refugee status and insisting they can’t be moved on because of it.
Why do these stories never report the wording of the refugee status decision?
